Conveniently located near several subway stations on one of the side streets of PS1 MoMA, Local Project Art Space is available for rental periods up to 1 month and can be rented on a daily or weekly basis.
This storefront-gallery-event space features a garage roll down door for security when closed, wooden ceiling beams, wood floors, the walls are exposed brick and give the space a raw old school environment.
Local Project does not possess a liquor license, but you may offer drinks by concession. We do not rent out space for noisy parties or concerts. The most ideal uses of our space are, solo / group exhibitions, performance event, presentation, workshops, lectures, screening and small private parties.
