LOCAL PROJECT’S 2023 ART MARKET OPEN CALL
REUSE REVOLUTION

Local Project is looking for artists, makers, crafters, to sell original hand-made, unique, designed, art, objects, clothing and everything in between, for our fall pre-holiday annual market that will take place on Saturday November 4, 2023 from 12-7pm at THE LOCAL HOSTEL in LIC (1302 44th AVE).

There is no fee for application but once accepted there will be a one time participation fee of $60 to cover cost of event production.

There will be only one size table/space allocation.

Application DEADLINE: OCTOBER 15, 5pm

This event is juried and the vendor must submit this application to be considered, selected applicants can expect a response within 2 weeks of submission.

SUBMIT to opencall@localproject.org Include “REUSE REVOLUTION” in the subject line. Please submit:

• 2-5 LOW RES images of what you want to sell only.
• Your website or social media platforms in the body of the email.

Vendors keep 100% of their sales revenue.

Each accepted vendor gets a 6 foot table + chair  or the  equivalent in size of the space, vendors need to provide rolling racks and hangers if needed. No wall space avail.

Requirements:

• Vendor is responsible for the transportation in and out on time provided.
• Commit to be present for the market from 11:00 till end.
• Sell original art, handmade or designed objects by you.
• Pay Table fee as soon as accepted.

LP will:

• Provide table and chair (you must bring your own tablecloth and props).
• Provide promotional material, hashtags, newsletter, FB Event.
• Help provide an audience but vendors are encouraged to help spread the word.
